We will not mislead or misrepresent property information, market data, or terms.
Any conflict of interest will be disclosed promptly.
2.2 Client Loyalty & Confidentiality
We place our clients’ interests first, advocating for them within legal and ethical boundaries.
Confidential information provided by clients will be safeguarded.
We will only share client information when required by law, regulation, or with the client’s informed consent.
2.3 Competence & Professionalism
We maintain knowledge of market trends, legal and regulatory changes, and best practices in real estate.

2.4 Fairness & Non-Discrimination

2.8 Honest Marketing & Advertising

3. Implementation & Enforcement
3.1 Agent & Staff Obligations
All agents, employees, contractors, and affiliates acting on behalf of Smith Realty Team are required to abide by this Code of Ethics.
Violations may lead to disciplinary action, including review, retraining, suspension, or termination, depending on severity.
3.2 Reporting & Whistleblower Protections
Anyone (client, employee, third party) may report suspected ethical violations (anonymously or otherwise).
Reports will be investigated impartially and without retaliation.
Where laws or regulations permit, whistleblowers will be protected.
3.3 Review & Updates
This Code of Ethics will be reviewed at least annually, or more frequently as regulations or industry norms evolve.
Clients will be notified of material changes to this Code.
