Daniel and Amanda with Smith realty team were so helpful with closing on a new home it made the process painless. This is the second property they have helped me with and they are still just as eager to help me with everything I need. They truly do go above and beyond and I am very thankful for that. They were very helpful from start to finish, always available when we had questions, and genuinely listened to our needs and priorities. They took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, pointed out things we might have missed, and helped us stay focused through every step. The whole experience was far less stressful than I expected, and we felt supported the entire way. Danny went above and beyond working with me! It was my first time going through the home buying process and Danny made me feel comfortable every step of the way. At our first meeting, Danny explained the home buying process and made sure he understood everything I was looking for so we were on the same page. Within days, we began searching for condos/townhomes in Morris County. Danny is extremely personable and accessible and made sure I was a priority. I could tell this process was as important to him as it was to me, which meant so much. Danny was there to reassure me that he would help me find another property when a deal fell through. Within hours, Danny reached out with other potential properties to look at. Within a week, he ended up showing me a townhouse that I would end up purchasing. Within two months of my first meeting with Danny I was able to finalize the purchase of my first home and he made the process stress and pain free. Amanda and Danny at The Smith Realty Team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our home search. They set up daily listing emails so we could see the newest homes in our desirable areas. My husband and I would send them homes when we found them and they would set up viewings as soon as possible. Being able to go on tours quickly was especially helpful in todays market. Amanda was always available to text or call throughout the mortgage application process and Danny helped us through the final walk through and closing.
